- Have you changed your mind? You can cancel but only get 50% of your payback.
- If you cancel within 2 to 4 hours and want to use that money for another order, we’ll keep 25% of service charges.

- If you break our terms and conditions, don’t expect a refund.
- Suppose we can’t finish your order within 24 to 48 hours from the agreed time. We need at least that much time, depending on how strict the order is.
- If something unexpected happens, we can’t finish your paper.
